The Remarkable Journey of Sachin Rekhi

The Remarkable Journey of Sachin Rekhi

I recently had the chance to chat with Fareed Mosavat, Chief Development Officer at Reforge, about how today’s product builders achieve product/market fit.

We began by highlighting the issues with the Lean Startup methodology, which is still the most widely used method for finding product/market fit. We then explored some updated strategies that experienced product builders now use to navigate their way to product/market fit, including:
– Conducting successful customer discovery interviews that steer clear of confirmation bias
– Thoroughly investigating potential ideas from the start to avoid dead ends
– Using a variety of validation techniques beyond just building MVPs
– Accurately measuring product/market fit through retention and growth metrics
– Growing the user base through a dual approach that generates early traction and establishes a sustainable growth loop

If these subjects pique your interest, I’d recommend watching the recording of our talk.
