Playful Insights into Project Lifecycles on the Agile Uprising Podcast

I had the pleasure of joining the Agile Uprising podcast last Sunday to talk about my latest book. We had an engaging discussion on various topics concerning project lifecycles and agility.

One key point we covered is that while managers desire agility, they often aren’t concerned with specific agile methods or frameworks. The common misconception is that “agile” is just another project management strategy. In reality, becoming agile involves a significant cultural transformation within an organization, which team members alone cannot drive.

Despite this, every team still has opportunities to enhance their agility, regardless of whether the overall culture of the organization shifts or not.
